I'm starting off fresh in April. I'm giving up meat for the month and will exercise everyday for 30 days. Want to jump start my body into the next phase...whatever it may be. Today, I did 40 minutes on the elliptical and did yoga.
I go big or go home, so it's hard for me to stay within the weight loss range of my heart rate. But I make it happen by s-l-o-w-i-n-g down, because I am strong cardio-wise and don't need to focus on that right now. I have a low resting heart rate and great all-over blood pressure.
So, here we go!
